We have a 9400 showing a "framing error" on the c-arm. Monitors seem to be aok. Does anyone have any expertise/thoughts on what is causing this? We're located in Omaha, NE if there is anyone nearby available to come out & look at this unit to diagnose. Many thanks, Kris K prosystems@cox.net
The cart seems to be fine. I believe all of the connectors are making a solid connection... The C-arm display says "framing error". We can't get the unit to take an image until we get this error resolved. Thanks, Kris K
Hi Chris, Yes. We still need to troubleshoot this "framing error" issue. If you have some insight, is is possible we could hire you for some phone or face time to help diagnose? Many thanks, Kris K
I can not find that error in my 9400 training manual
list of error codes. If it was me I would replace the tech. processor PCB and disk as a matched pair. The disk and board have to match because the serial # is written to boot PROM on first boot up. All errors on the c-arm come from that board. Also check to see if the c-arm serial# matches the monitor cart serial#. Sometimes people try to mix and match these and that causes problems. Good luck!
kris i have same error.
fix,
test in techinique processor
reset techique processor 10 seg if not
remove the memory and put all pin present ground if no
change the memory and replace software.
change techinique processor and software
