It has been many years since I worked on a 9400, but I have a vague recollection that it will ruin the 720k mainframe floppy disk if you use it in a Windows computer. You need to use DOS. I have one left, but I don't know how to make a disk image of a 720k floppy. I will check the shop for an old DOS computer & let you know if I find a solution. I also have some good tech notes on the 9400, but I would have to scan them to PDF.

The original disk is a 720k, so the target disk must be 720k.
