I have a 9600 carm that will not boot up. The video tower is fine. The carm will get to the square boxes in the display and then it looks like it reboots it self. On the Image function board i have a I.F. failure LED and a mP Good LED that illuminate alternatingly. On the techniqe Processor Board I get a code of 31,IF,09,13 continuosly in that sequence. Any help would be apppreciated.
Thanks
John

Sounds like the battery in your SRAM card is dead and now you need a new card from OEC or to send yours back to have it reloaded. There's a coin battery in the SRAM that you have to check annually during the PM (with the machine on) because the SRAM is volatile memory and ones the battery goes so does your boot software.
I'd call OEC in...or at least call their tech support and see if they can get you a new SRAM.
