I need help on a OEC 9600 farm. The system is located in Honduras . The workstation turns on, but the farm does nothing. On the back of the unit we get error code 94 and 00. I am not on site, I am trying to help them with the repair.
Juan, I have a 9600 that boots to 3 arrows then stops. I have replace the technique processor board, EEPROM, and SRAM. I don't have the service software to diagnose it further. Any ideas?
Does the Technique Processor shows 0 0 on U2(MSB) U1(LSB) ? The Eprom that you replaced was U15? the Option Eprom? Do you know that EEPROM.DAT has to synchronize with the EEPROM U15
That is where your problem should be, arrow number 3:
Option EEPROM (U15) on Technique
Processor PCB and EEPROM.DAT file
brought into synchronization. When this happens it moves to the 4th arrow. (event boot process complete) Your Technique Processor option EEPROM U15 is out of sync or your file EEPROM.DAT is corrupted, Do you have a backup
The following software files are found on the SRAM card EEPROM.DAT mAs and Calibration Data.
Send me an Email and I will send you the procedure.

3 arrows Option EEPROM (U15) on Technique
Processor PCB and EEPROM.DAT file
brought into synchronization.
when you swap SRAM and or technique processor you have to either set the hot byte or swap the EEPROM to match the SRAM card

Yes on the 00, the EEPROM I replaced was the U20. I also tried to change the U15 EPROM from the original board with no luck
