I have a OEC 9600. The both monitors get a scrambled image then shuts off. Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Have you checked the power supply? Reseat the connectors on the Aux interface and video switching boards then retest

If you intend during power on i think the PC don't start up.

I have the same problem, the monitor Is not working. I thinks the PC Is the problem, couse i can access yo the 3.5" disk for make a diagnostic

what does the c-arm show? do you see an message on the monitor lower right corner?

Video card/Monitor or the Power Supply. Those are your options. If you swap left and right, see if the issues follow to each Monitor. Then you know its the monitor.
