hello friends, I need somebody to tell me how solve a problem with the abs system in my oec 9800, because when I activate the abs the kv and ma goes to max setting, how if I don't have video signal but at the monitor is too brighted, have video and I need to decrease the technique for can see anything at the monitor.
check first to see if the iris on the camera or the collimator are closing down which will drive the dose to max, are you actually getting any kv, ma or radiation? You may also have a broken wire in the main harness for the ABs signal...many things can cause this
I have the video correctly because when I decrease the kv and ma I can see video at the monitor, what signal take the video controller for increase the kv and ma
I second the broken wire opinion. I've had to repair those many times. Thankfully OEC seems to recognize the poor design and includes some spare wires for your harness repair pleasure!

Hi friend, I have a problem similar to yours. Maximum kv in abs mode and manual mode there is image. Do you know what the defect was?
