We are trying to move pictures from the unit to a laptop trought DICOM, but until now without success. We have a program installed in the laptop called "Pacs One Server".
If anybody has experience setting DICOM comunications, problably could help us.
Another thing, in one of our 9800 we couldn´t get access to the whole "options menu" so we couldn't set the DICOM parameters.
Does anybody know how to get the whole menu?
First check that your IP adresses and host names are corrrect and that you can ping. Could you possibly have to use a crossover cable when connected directly to the machine? With the other machine if the button is just missing from the options menu,it's possible the DICOM option was not purchased. It is possible to purchase that option, but it's expensive.
You will for sure need a crossover cable if you do not connect through a hub or switch. You will also need to reboot unit after making network connections.
