Dear friends,Please let me to know what happen with one C-Arm OEC 9800 that when turn-on, have not image on Monitor of tower (one monitor is a blank image and the right side monitor only appear NOT SIGNAL ). somebody can help me?
I Appreciate your help.
my e-mail is innovamedical@prodigy.net.mx
Thank you
Rodolfo,
Some times the connector that goes to monitor cart has a false contact, i have come accros that the power supply is out, in some voltages, have you check them out ?
saludos.
Make sure there's 120 volt going to the monitor, also if you open the back cover and you see LED's lit in the back of the monitor, it means that your CRT is bad and it's time for new one.
Not sure if you have solved this yet, but here is a clue.
1- Verify power supply as comming out from workstation (cart).
2- Check for control panel boot sequence on Carm and verify where it locks up and write down number of arrows or squares that show up an let me know. I'll give you further instructions depending on this.
Does the system bootup completely?
Can you see the KV and mA on C-Arm display?
In that case look for a broken video cable, test all along the cable that connects C-Arm and work station.
