I AM GETTING KV IN ERROR AND LOW MA, upon pressing flouro . on generator interface board battery was dead (replaced).any one knows how to restore backup calibrations files and reload flash drives.
What is the procedure to do it?
The battery in the Generator Interface Board (GIB) is not needed. The C-arm will work without it. To flash the "Nodes" or reload the Configuration file, you will need the Utility Suite Software or RUS. There is a good chance however, that you do not need it for this repair. Many 9900 model develope high resistance connections between the Tube and the HV Cable which causes the Low mA error. If you apply fresh HV insulating compound to the Tube, one and maybe both errors will go away.

The C-arm will work without the 3 volt lithium battery on the Generator Interface Board or GIB.
