Ok lets start with basics.
1. Does machine boots up normally?
2. Does it show any error over user interface.
3. Have you crosschecked the flouro signal? use handswitch or foot switch for that purpose.
4. Do you hear any sound or see any indication of x-ray emmission., usually a beep and a light? It is to isolate the image intensifier from problem.
5. Have you checked error log?

I have a problem with the OEC Fluorostar 7900.
The machine does not do fluoroscopy and it does not show image.

When you said it does not do fluoroscopic, are you saying you don't see the image or there is no fluoro. What is the KVP doing?
