I have a 9800 that has corrupted hard drive and will not store static images, also will put images in wrong patient on drive. I have a ghosted drive from another 9800 and I have the config floppy, but I believe I need the RUS s/w to put the config files on the drive from the other 9800. Any help would be appreciated.
if its a hard drive issue oec will be a holes and have to do it themselves by simply replacing the unit. think it was a recall or something. i do have both the rut and rus software and manuals as well. josh1095@hometel.com

Hi Jerry,
Not 100% sure if the HD copy will work. You´ll probably need the same software versions on both.
I have the RUS if you still need it. Please let me know if it works.
