We recently changed a Camera in our unit as the old one did not give any image.
Present camera was supplied by a vendor (pre-owned).
Initially the picture had a vertical drift. (like half moon)
After adjusting the Camera with the OES Utility Suite.(RUT) we could obtain a full circle.
The Image is fine, but this setting does not get saved. Hence, if the unit is switched "OFF" and switched "ON" the picture moves back to its original position.
Every aspect related to the data transfer etc has been checked but we could not get any clue.
There are no error messages appearing on the C arm or workstation.
Diagnostics run on all the boards with RUT (Utility suite) passes the test
Camera Iris setting is getting saved.
The Camera setting does not change even if the Unit is kept energized for long period.(about 5 hours)
I positively hope to get some useful suggestions from dotmed users.
Sorry for the delay in my response. After you perform the calibrations in Utility Suite are saving the calibrations to the system?
File, Save, Save to System, then rebooting the unit
