Hello i have problem with oec 9900 at boot touch-screen don't working when i touch it and of tra to fluoro after fluoro COMUNICATION error somebody can help me about this problem?

I would start by checking the usb cable and connections from the touch screen monitor to the GPOS CPU. GPOS is the cpu with the usb extender on it. the touch screen should be one of the cables plugged into the cpu onboard usb jacks.
