Only half an image seen probe

Only able to see a partial image when scanning the left of the image is good the right side of the image is not seen probe tested ok all tests passed . All three probe slots do the same thing any help?

Sammy, try to increase the prep to 1000ms or 2000ms, I know on some flat panel with single phase or old generator you need to increase the ms on the prep
