I have a system that show Sy 30 PoH error code and the cassette holder does not move . Any suggestions? Looking for some service information or comment here...
The OP200D is a digital model and therefore there's no cassette holder for film. You might have an OP100 film type, or if it is an 200D, the sensor might have a vertical motion. Your error is on vertical movement of the rack. If the rack is stuck in the high position, remove X21 on the interface board and press down. The check limit switches or wiring. Link to access OP100 files sent trough Dotmed message center. Regards
Hi Faustino
i do this with the X21 (Int Board) and the Cassette holder came on the original position, i check the signals H13 34V H14 15V H15 5V H1612VaC and its ok .
Now when i try give Xray i have the error SY28 POC
It sounds that you have cable broken inside the cassette holder. This cable gives signals and supply to motors in cassette holder. I've changed most of them. You can put unit in test mode in order to try movements whitout x-ray and try to move cable inside. Sometimes this reveals some line broken.
Service manual helps to identify reference of cable and to test input/outputs of signals. It's easy to test.

Hi. But OP200D is digital (D indicate digital) and there is not cassette holder!
If not digital, first check leds in power supply. 35v must be lit. If not, check fuse and bridge rectifier (the small one)
If power supply is ok, Is the cassette holder stuck in upper position?
