PALI System doesn't work

We have a problem with Siemens Magnetom Harmony.
PALI system doesn't work (doesn't load).
After starting diagnostic tests system say us about two problems:
1. MSUP system: Supervision 40 V failure
2. PTAB system: I2C Power supply failure
What it can be?

We just had same problem. Need to run tests on communications. More likely will find a bad FO cable.

After Communication test we have:
1. MSUP Status: MSUK2200
- Supervision 40 V = fault
2. PTAB Status: PTABK2200
- I2C Power supply = fault
- EEPROM state = fault

Look at FUN manual that usually comes with system.
Are you reinstalling it?
As Fower says check FO and cables, connectors, blended pins.
Usually module/system previous (in communication chain) than reported is really broken instead of repoted, In your cases, check system/module that is before MSUP or Ptab in chain comunication.
