My friend but a used OREX PcCR 1417 ACL4. It was working correctly but I think the software is corrupted now. I can't find the software anywhere. Do any of you know where I can get the install CD or download it from and how to install it? I am computer savvy and I'm sure I can install it if I can find it or if anyone would be willing to share it. Thanks in advance!
The only people I know that might be able to help you is a dealership in California. Call RMXC and ask for assistance. The number is 3103057692. Debbie may be the one to ask for first. They were associated with a company called Genesis that used to be a master distributor for the Orex and POC140 products. There may be a charge but you can discuss that with them.
