I have a problem in Penlon anesthesia machine ventilator having model AV-S.The problem is that ventilator by first time pressing ON/OFF button the ventilator on but its LCD is only White mean not show data otherwise it is on when i OFF it and 2nd time i press ONN/OFF button then ventilator operate correctly,,,
from cross checking with other ventilator main board(E229342) was found problematic so i will change it bcoz it is much more expensive can any one help me in it,,,,

You have to change two boards, one is in the machine itself and the other is in the AVS, they are responsible for the display of the AVS. In the meantime you can use an external display by using the SVGA output of the machine. The two boards are LVDS Encoder Assembly 300516 and 5000499 *TRAY ASSY (REMOTE) Complete Tray Assembly with Main PCB,

Hello,
I have a Penlon Platinum SC430, aparently the ventilator works in all modes of ventilation.
But When I send the anesthesia I use a capnography monitor in the exalatory phase the CO2 rises up to 8 cm.
I don't know the reason for this failed.
Could be this ventilator needs the calibration ?
Could you send the technician manual .
