Hi

One of my customer has a philips systems also;

We have following message;

The MR Bootstrap Process Service is not available Under exceptional cicumstances it is possible to login before all background processes have started. Plaese wait until all background processes have started and then pres OK (This may take several minutes) in all other cases contact your Philips Medikal System Servise Centre .

Customer told us that, philips engineers detele some files then restart system when they have it.

System is out of philips contract now, and they ask for our help. Philips is out of my experience but I want to help my customer.

I need detailed procedure to delete ( some core files I guess) these files.( Customer can get the service password from philips if needed)

Any advice??

Hi Mr Tayfun,
You are working with this machine, I'm too.
I need the service manual nor diagram for it, some friends said that no service manual from factory or only limited to the trainer engineer, and block diagram is available with the machine.
I don't have any,Could you please help me.
