Error banner 0021 indicates a task crash. Check the error log to see if there are other errors, and run the Comprehensive tests if available. Otherwise, no action is indicated.

In systems with software revision lower than 200.xx, the aleatory occurence of the blue banner message 0021, displayed during system power down on systems with one or more NetLink devices enabled, is caused by suspended tasks and they are absolutely benigns.
You can eliminate it through a software upgrade, but it is not mandatory, and on the other hand is expensive.You Should ask to your customer about how to proceed.

Boot with Optical Disk,and probe the hard soft. It´s work, replace hard drive or reload software.
