I HAVE A SERVICE PROBLEM WITH A PHILIPS AV CT SCANNER- WE NEED TO TEST THE HV AND THE X-RAY TUBE-
CAN SOME ONE SUGGEST WHO TO SEND IT TO, A RELIABLE COMPANY WITH PHILIS CT EXPERIENCE.
this seems to be HT fault .you can check it in stationery scan mode using Storage CRO.observe which side KV is dropping.usually the tube fault will not give X2A .it will give X26.

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE OF 15 KV BETWEEN THE ANOTHE AND CATHODE -
ERROR IS X2A
