Hello.
This is My first time I post a problem like this in a forum but I have no idea of what I have to do.
Im working on Philips Brilliance 16, and in the last mont when I do a exam wiht 120 or 100 Kvolt appair this message of error.
"The collimation system can not be configured.
Change the collimation parameters to proceed."
and in another popup this
"Resource allocation failed."
I have non advanced manual or service manual, then I have no Info about how solve this problem, its a way to solve it or to understand what I have to do ?
Does it ever work? Change your collimation to widest thickness and see. Go into selective calibration and run your a plane collimator Z align. A lot of times the collimator blades will get stuck together and won't open back up.
