Hi Sohail
Let me check your exposure switch is working, is there x-ray indication is showing on during exposure or not, if all this indication is ok check tube, if you need any my help let me know.

To check functionality of the switches are easy, so if there is radiation indicator lamp on the system it must be 'ON' when you press any exp. button. Also, the system generates a sound during any button pressed. The question now that if there is no radiation or there is no image. First you must check radiation output on the collimator. Electronic kV meter or DAP meter or a simple intensifying screen in a dark room is suitable to judge.
If radiation is present then the I.I and camera has the problem. I.I fault may not produce error. Fault in X-Ray system generates error message most probably except the problem is within the exposure command line.
So, separate the source of your trouble. Good luck.
