We have a Philips BV Pulsera C-Arm. When initializing we have an "M 010 Built-in self test failed", however everything seems to be working OK. Does anyone knows what this message means and also how to change the Hospital name? Does somebody have the service manuals? Thank you.

You need to connecta Notebook and you need to use a Hardware key conected to th PArallel port of thr PC.
The Hospital name is on "Manual Program" menu.
I don't have a manual on this moment, but I can get it.
