I have a problem with the device Philips BV Pulsera 2006. A version of software 1.8. Periodically, software freezes during startup - there is the starting image (an image device and inscription Phillips 2011), and then the machine does not boot, sometimes loaded, but without a base of patients. Sometimes a normal boot with a base of patients. I think the problem in a block DFI. Anyone engaged in repair this block DFI: replacing a hard drive or flash memory for example? Or maybe someone can help me reinstall the software? I have a soft: 1.6,1.7,1.8.

Dear Umberto Sciunnach plese say how i can change the hard disk wirh software inside. How can i clone old HDD? i'm truing buy acronics, but it not see the filesystem on HDD. What program?

this is the problem !!
You must have the original disck.If dont have youu can comunicate with a pc, but inside the pc you must have installed differrnt programs (simulator, dos , philips service program ).
I think is better and faster to install a disk with software inside.
If you want I can supply the computer program.

today in the computer repair company told me that my problems with the disk read head. They could not read the information and they could not tell me which file system on disk. I have two empty drive I need a disk image. Do you have an image? Or suggest a better option. How do I install a new drive in the DFI? If I put a blank disk (file system fat16, ntfs, Linux (ext3)) and doing reset programs. Initialization - OK, and after an error Image drive is not attached.
You dont understand wath I told you.
You cannot considerate the hard disk like a computer disk but id coplete different like a format , trace, sectors and iso.
you can read or write the disk only like I told you before.
Let me know your idea.

I tried resetting to Programming using special software BV software and during the second stage, a message appears: Failed. Then again I filled the 1.6,1.7.2,1.8.1 and do soft reset and tried to do, in general did everything that is written in the manual installation, but all the same. Then on the hard disk diagnostic told me that the problem in the disk read head. Now I'm at a dead end: I need an ISO that would burn it to a new drive or a new block of DFI.

Like discussed before I can supply a disk complete of software or a DFI block or the two complete at repair price of 5.000,00 euro.

i have problem in BV Libra, the MVS stuck on Philips logo, and c-arc shows error "system initialization problem", we i connect the DFI with service pc through hyper terminal( on work bench, removed from the MVS), i can see the boot activity of the DFI, i observed the error "SCSI disk not detected", i have replaced the disk (brand was different) but error message is same, kindly advice how i can perform the software re-installation.

you are in right way , but if you want solve faste the problem, change the hard disk wirh software inside.

Hi Kashif: 1.Your hd is compatible?
2.install flat cable shielded.
3. you need acces service mode for install sw to DFI......
