If you see image on the output screen you have to go further troubleshooting on other imaging parts. I have a working system in my workshop, though with a larger II. Maybe some parts are similar with yours.

To be precise, if you put an object on the II surface the image you must see on the output of the II must be a sharp minimized equivalent of the object in all magnification. If your case is this your II and power supply are not damaged. There could be unsharpness on different magnifications which you may adjust. Let me know your result.

Remove camera and see if the output screen of the II.glows during fluoro.

The I I has the 5, 7, and 9" fields. The image glows in the output of the II.
