We have a CX50 that randomly gets an error during boot-up. we get the generic error message gathering info and the restart button.does anyone know how to watch the boot-up process with hyperterminal or uplink to see where the failure is.
thanks
Have You tried looking into system logs?
I had HV calibration error during bootup. It can be traced with description in windows system application log.
Some typical setting are:
19200 baud (it is possible use 9100)
Direct connect (dependent of the system can be modem)
No hardware handshake (flow control disabled)
No software handshake (Xon/Xoff disabled)
8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit
Terminal emulation mode VT-100
