Hello i have a Philips DSI version R6.1.8 that is not able to archive patients on cdrom.Does anyone know if particular Philips cdrom are required or just commercial support should work?
Are you archiving Dicom images? Or just raw images from the DSI.If I remember correctly, DSI only produces a raw image and is archive on a special disk or tape. The DCI is the one that you can burn after is sent to a workstation
Thank you for the reply.Honestly i don't know if it's a raw image or dicom format.I simply select from the menĂ¹ "save" and a message says: insert a disk and press enter.I put the CD support in the drive, press enter but nothing happens. After a while appears again the message "insert a disk and press enter".It seems like the cd is not sensed but the cd drive is new, i have replaced.
regards
