Hi, you have problem with serial changer - Left Motor of cassette holder is defective or mostly flat cable is broken. Also could be ser.changer ctrl. pcb D80 defective. You have check if something is inside of serial changer (some cassette marks, ...).

Hi Mr Shawn, your problem is in the serial changer.
Is clean iin the left motor?
The left motor is hot? Or the encoder is loosing? Exchange the left motor
The flat cable is disconected ? Check both sides in the flat cable
Replace flat cable
