i have a problem in philips envisor c [ ultrasound equepment]
problem: unable to initailse patient data, measurments, report
this makes me unable to do measurments, unable to retrive patient data

I think maybe the hard disk is fault or the software have problem

You probably have a corrupted database.
To solve this you will need to reinstall the software.
