It about Philips Envisor Ultrassond: I want to know if I need a password to re-install the software.
The system is very slow when transfer image.
And I need the password to service menu too.
If I remember correctly you don't need password to reinstall the software if you have the original CD (the same part number). However I doubt if you solve this way slow transfer image issue. I would advice to make hard drive backup before, then try to clean hard drive from old studies and check the hard drive for errors.
Password for service menu is software level dependent.
