philips H3000 generator problem

hi
we are facing a problem in Phlips H3000 Generator(optimus CP).
1.the errorlog in tcop show error 3264 and 3265.
2.on Powerup (reset) the generator goes to normal position for a MOMENT i.e H5 green LED become ON on both H136 and H141 pcbs and then H3 NJT and H4 MIN(red LED) on both H136 and H141 become lit.
both filments show continuty.
any suggesstions??
