I have problems with this machine, when I start the computer log appears "the instrument has detected an internal error and is collecting information to help diagnose the problem", I've rebooted and still get this log and increasingly, any ideas? someone who can help me with the "name" and "password" to enter service mode.

Hi Gregory i have the same problem ,after boot-up completed appears this message,the led power supply are ok, even if measured with the tester the power supply are presents but not present in RTN ,i did the defrag on HD ,disconnected the ring cable,as no result.How can i get into service to run some diagnostic utility?

I would check the power supply voltages on the back of the unit. Make sure all LED's are lit when the problem occurs to take the power supply out the loop.
