Hi!
I have a problem when loading unit Philips HD 11XE in 2010. When I turn on the unit appears on Phillips runs underneath the slider load then the screen goes out. The device works, the keys are lit, the fans are working, but the screen is black. I think the problem is Aplitsation Software, but I do not know how to reinstall it, or can someone has a disk image with a similar machine (backup drive I have)? And another question is it possible to put another Hard disk (Seagate 160 Gb).
Hello!
Today I checked the monitor, I connected it to a normal office
computer system unit and he without any problems showed the desktop
computer. Behind the monitor light is green led.
Then I connected the monitor to the usual office to ultrasound machine
connector VGA, which is on the video card system: the system began to
boot window appears Philips with version of the software, then there
is a window that says:
the system has detected incorrectly graphics mode. Possible cause:
installed a new graphics card. To go to the screen driver
installation, click OK and install the correct video driver.
I clicked OK, selected in the list of graphics cards model, and then
rebooted, but the situation repeated: The unit began again and again
to boot window appears.
I should specify that in both cases I did not use the connection cable
S-Video, it is not where it was connected.
Do you think it in the video card?
Dear i have came across the same problem some while ago and i have solved it just by changing the graphic card.
Do one thing. remove the graphic card and connect the external monitor and try to operate your system. if its work then change your graphic card for sure.. else some other issues you are dealing with.
Check to see if you have video outputs at the monitor and upper I/O Panel. There are BNC connectors on the I/O that should have composite video outputs and an S-Video output for a VCR. If you have video outputs for S-Video and/or composite video but no DVI video to the monitor, then the graphics card in the PC is causing the problem.
Just about any SATA hard drive rated for 7200rpm and 120GB or larger will work. We recommend using the exact make and model that Philips uses, to avoid any issues.
Hello,Sirs,
I think it's monitor's problem, I met this problem before.you can take the monitor away from the HD11 system, the connect it at a computer, then you can boot the computer, if it can use on computer, it's means the monitor is good, then maybe the Video card defected, unless it means the monitor defected.

Try hooking up and External Monitor to the I/O Board. If no picture, it is definitely your video card
