Good day, I do a query, I'm from Rio Gallegos, Argentina, I am having a problem with a source of Tectrol alimentecion tc89m but caresco electric scheme, and manual
the problem is that tension in notengo-hv not turn the lights mo, the rest all works.
I want to know if I can help or diagram electric source. or guide me where the problem is.

There are no schematics available for the Tectrol power supply in the HD11. usually bad capacitors, or bad transistors.
