Hi everyone
My machine keeps giving my that msge:
"The instrument has detected an internal error and ic collecting info to help diagnose the problem"......
When I click the restar button it gibe me the same msge.
I unplugged power cord,remove probes and repower everything and the same msge keeps coming back.
I am an ObGyn working in Haiti and there is no tech available.
I will appreciate any help

Are all of the voltage LED lights lit on the power supply? They will glow green if working.

Did you have power outage prior to the error messages?

Hello there. Have u tried to carry out and system isolation or perhaps simulation mode. I am an ex philips svc engineer. Through my experience, this problem could be related either system sw, power supply assembly or the interface card (low possibility).
