We do have a Philips HD3 Ultrasound machine that is showing unclear image on the monitor.
Is there anyone could extend help/advise?
Do we need to change the Transducer or Update the Operating system/system drivers.

is the whole image blurry, everything or just ultrasonic beam? If whole, then the monitor is faulty.
If the beam is blurry -> I would bet that the transducer is old, the cristals got weaken...
I doubt the software upgrade would resolve it.

thanks let me double check, I would try to use other transducer that is compatible to HD3, by any chance you have a Programming disc of HDI 4000 in where I have loaded the one I have got it says Error 0
