008 means configuration error, 089 means not comunication between APM and ultrasound, since you are geeting both i would say your APM/DVS module is not booting at all and the ultrasound it is saying i cant find all hardware and cant connect to APM/DVS. Your solution replace defective module or remove it and reprogram NVRams on CPU.
