I got a Philips iE33 that having some problems when its working show me a advice that said "Restart required. An error has been detected. Please record the following information an call Technical Support. Diagcode:200.X96S.FX36.1" and I have the software but I need help to reinstallating this sofware in a new hard drive and the machine run, I know that requieres steps for this installation but I dont know how to do it. Thanks

hello brother, we have a ie33 unit that have some issues with the HDD so we have to do a clean installation , please can you send us the software by uploading it, we will be very gratefull, we are living in a war zone and we need this unit to comeback to service urgently
