Hi to all, I have a question on the Philips Integris. I have a problem where the viewing Console comes on and it pass the boot test, but then a cursor blinks on the top left.
I can't remember if the viewing console shows the logo and then communicates with viewing rack or it gets the logo from the viewing rack. Thanks
If it is not booting you probably need to reload the visub software, the easy way to know if it boots is to connect via terminal. Look for alarmed boards in the visub.
Thanks to all, the system is out of the country, I when to "fix it" and find out that it was never installed correctly.
Found cables disconnected, programming on geometry wrong. I ran out of time after getting the Generator, geometry and table working.Next the visub and sysco.

What does the log info at the visub cabinet say Does it show a comm problem with the visub

Have you watched it boot up using vt100 at Visub rack Do you see any errors during boot up?
