we are reinstalling philips 1.5T intera with 9.5 software.the host is not connecting to re-constructor.the host and reconstructor boot independently( not connected though) but when connected through cisco switch during booting process ,led corresponding to HOST on Cisco switch gets off after sometime of booting start process and it just stops at one point .any advise
Make sure you are not connected to the Hospital network or internet. It's best to have everything configured with a static IP and make sure the Cisco and Host are connected correctly. I've seen when the Cisco is physically connected wrong the print server will acquire the host IP address and when the hosts catches up in booting it won't complete booting and will not give the duplicate IP message.
