Philips Intera MRI.
PIQT scanning works without problem.
But normal scan don´t start.
Error handling patient support or no erros messages.
Any idea to solve the problem?

Hello, what is the error message exactly? Won't scan with any coil? What is the release level of the system? Is this am installation, or a working system?
