Philips iU22 boot problem

Philips iU22 ultrasound.
When i switch on the machine I get the following message
" Initializing Hardware" and nothing happens, no boot.
Please if you can advise

having the same issue using 5.2.1.245 and it stops booting at 9 of the process and display error 606 - according to many host and sip are not communicating - I suspect that I have a corrupt hard drive on sip side as the problem occurred just after a power failure in the office - If only I could find two hard drives ( On the SIP) responding to the related Host software
