I'm having a problem with Philips IU22 devices. Device software version is opening screen comes up, the bar fills up and the device freezes halfway graphic. Then the screen display disappears and the screen remains black.
Sometimes scanning hardware and software to scan screen pass, going after the black screen and the device freezes.
Sometimes it gives diagnostic error code 518.
The discs were previously backed up the device, I'm installing software backup disk does not change the situation.

Signal And Image Processing Controller Failed To Initialize.
Description
Platform Monitor failed to start the Signal and Image Processing Controller
process.
Corrective Action
Possible causes: (1) SIP is not answering on named pipe or (2) Host
physical memory problem. Troubleshoot Dolphin IPL. See the article:
'MTE: Troubleshooting the IPL (T-00046)'.

Currently there is another problem. The device is opened, sometimes turns itself off after 10 seconds, sometimes 10 minutes. Flashing blue LED next to the power cord. I've reviewed the detailed power supply base unit did not see a problem.
5v power supply unit for 10 minutes at work, though I think the problem is not it? LEDs have the voltage in the power supply unit, and the first run-time, these LEDs are normal. No separate power supply device fails, I'll scan, but the work was very poor then a fault shutdown.
