Data Memory Manager Failed To Initialize.
Description
Platform Monitor failed to start the Data Memory Manager process.
Corrective Action
Possible cause: Local Study Repository (LSR) database corruption. From
the MTE run the DmmScript. NOTE: executing DmmScript erases all locally
stored patient study data

Try boot from Hirens boot CD, mini Wxp; then use windows tools to repair SO HDD
