plz provide more info ...is the unit power up? is the system booting up? is there any error... there is no software key for this unit except application license key.

The license key work with the specific system and not all the libra has same licence key... there is no user password required to access for this model. if you can not access application window means, missing license key, corrupt software or some issues with system itself. best bet is to get license key from philips.

An associate bought Philips libra 2001 c arm but did not get any books with it hence no software key. Currently system is dead to him can anyone help.
