Well, frustration with troubleshooting is not effective, only problem solving helps.
In principle, the height movement in all Philips C-arm systems has three switches. 2 limit switches and the collision switch. The collision switch is mounted in the back of the column, the limit switches in front of the column.
Purely from the error pattern, I would check the lower limit switch, I think it could be stuck.
The stand controller has a D-Sub connector with the connections. it can be measured well.

Philips Libra Stuck
April 18, 2022 11:33
Hi Guys,
I have a Philips Libra which the c-arm hydraulics that lifts and lowers the c-arm gets stuck six inches above the zero line mark.
I have tried tapping and holding down both switches a second time as required but it does not go lower.
It does go up but on the way down it goes no further the six inches from zero.
Fustrated.
Thanks,
