Philips Sonos 7500 Touch Panel Not Responding

Hello, I am troubleshooting a Philips Sonos 7500 ultrasound machine. The two touch panels are lit but does not respond to touch. After doing a system's test, the error code displays :K0105-0000 [RTP:K8] Right touch panel Also try KP:K1 I've switched the touch panels from left to right and still had the same problem. I've disconnected the cable from the right and still the same problem. The system will recalibrate the touch panels however they still do not respond after exiting test mode, any help please we are living in Syria-idleb WarZone and we need this device as a cardiovascular imaging equipment in one of the humanitarian hospital

Since you have swapped the touchpanel, and the symptom did not change, we know that the trouchpanel is good. That leaves two likely issues: System software corruption or the Keyprocessor PCB itself. The Keyprocessor PCB is the PCB where the QWERTY keyboard, touchpanels, trackball and other things plug in to. There are also fuses on the Keyprocessor PCB, but I cannot remember what all they control. You might check these fuses. They kind of look like diodes, I believe.
