Philips Super CP intermittent error 3906 means you have intermittently lost Ready signal. Check RCRD signal. RCRD is Rotor Control Ready, aka rotor to speed. H109 provides ignition sequence. H131 provides start/stop logic. H126 provides the brake. Jumper X1.D04 at Z119 is a good test point - logic signal high = ready; low at idle, start & brake. H1 LED at H126 indicates condition - on at idle & at ready; off at start & during brake.
