Philips TOMOSCAN AVPF RAW data disk error 114

Hello all,
I am new here and new generally in this scanner world. :)
I am having problems with my RAW data disk. I cannot format it Logically nor Physically. Every time I initialize option 11 image data and the 25 RAW data 1 HD it stops at rmdfrmt 1 <<>> nil line and nothing. I have tried with other board and other HDD same as original. Nothing. I have called technicians but they are for some reason not able to help me. Told me they never experienced that kind of problem. Also I have realized that RAW data disk was never initialized. So many years in use but only 1:48hrs of use and only 98MB written on it. So original stock HDD is blank. It is connected as you now on RMD-1 cable on 21's board. But it is not visible from "IRQS" command. Tried numerous backups and new software init (option 1 and 2). And now I am stuck with system. Can someone tell me what to do now??? Thank you

Are you using an original Philips disk ?
If you use a standard hd , you are in trable because is different the track and sector format ! You have the original one ?

Yes I have another one. But,I have managed to copy from original hdd and now I do not have raw error. Now I have offset error. And after sometime passes that error in air calibration,I have gathering error on slice record.??? I am 10days trying to fix it but now this problems...

I have 1 system disk and 1 raw data disk. Do I set up system with one hdd option 11 or with two hdd option 12???

Scanner write on hdd on air calibration but when slice needs to be stored on hdd error says incomplete data gathering. What should I do and check? Thank you
